HOW TO SIGN UP
Terms
The Bike Jumble is at the Old Stone House at 336 3rd Street in Park Slope Brooklyn.
You are responsible for own setup and security (i.e. tables, chairs, tents, load-in, shrinkage, etc.).
Registration is for a 7 x 7 space. You can also sign up for multiple spaces. CLICK HERE TO BUY A 7X7 SPACE
Day -of rates are $75 per space
Spaces along 5th Avenue from 4th street to 3rd Street are ‘Premium Corporate’ spots. CLICK HERE TO BUY PREMIUM CORPORATE SPACES
The Old Stone House and the Bike Jumble reserve the right to cancel the event at anytime.
Registration fees will not be refundable or transferable for another date . SWAP IS ON RAIN OR SHINE.
DETAILS
Venders will be assigned spots on the day of the event and given a space number. Please check in with the swap organizer when you arrive to receive your assigned space number.
Venders can only set up in their assigned space. Venders must stay within their assigned space and can not go outside of it.
The public hours are from 10AM to 4PM. Venders should expect a busy day!
There is no parking allowed on 4th St. or the Cul-De-Sac. Please unload at 4th Street and 5th Ave or 4th Ave and 4th St. You will then be responsible for your own parking.
No food please. No cooking/bbq etc. at your space. No open fires or coals.
Set up time begins at 6AM. Vender will be asked to clean up their space so that it looks as it did prior to set-up. Venders have to be out of the park by 5pm..
