The East Coast Messenger Stage Race is starting this Thursday at 8AM in Boston, MA at Revolution Bicycle Repair. For the next 5 days, the 20 or so riders will be riding their bikes down to Washington, DC, a distance of roughly 500 miles, broken up into daily stages. Racers will be responsible for their own route navigation and will be entirely self-supported.
NY Bike Jumble is proud to host the start of the NYC to Philadelphia stage of the race. Please join us on the day of the Brooklyn Bike Jumble at 10AM to see the racers off. There will be an awards ceremony for the previous day's stage held at 9:30AM.
